Our services are elective, preventive diagnostic imaging services performed on an outpatient basis. We are not a hospital and do not provide emergency, surgical, or acute care services.

3T Radiology & Research does not provide emergency medical services. Our facility is not equipped to treat acute or life-threatening conditions. Our services are preventive and elective in nature.
Use of our website, including any general health content or information provided on it, does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and 3T Radiology & Research or any of its radiologists.
A professional relationship is established only upon your formal registration as a patient and completion of our intake process. Radiologist interpretations and reports provided as part of our imaging services are intended to be shared with your treating physician and do not constitute individualized medical advice or treatment recommendations.
We strongly encourage you to discuss your scan results with a qualified healthcare provider who knows your complete medical history.
Scheduling: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as required at the time of booking. Appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you once confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
To cancel or reschedule, please contact your location directly or call (305) 532-7460 as early as possible.
Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate scan quality and radiologist availability.
All services at 3T Radiology & Research are provided on a self-pay basis. We do not bill insurance directly for our standard preventive imaging packages. You are responsible for the full cost of services at the time of your appointment unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
Current pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, health savings account (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA). We do not accept cash.
If you choose to seek insurance reimbursement, we can provide you with a detailed itemized receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurer. We make no guarantees regarding coverage, and reimbursement is solely at the discretion of your insurance carrier.
Radiologist reports are typically available within 3 business days following your scan. Results will be communicated to you via your preferred method (secure portal, email, or mail) as indicated during your intake process.
You have the right to access, receive copies of, and request amendments to your medical records as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Requests for records should be submitted in writing to our Privacy Officer.
3T Radiology retains imaging data and reports in accordance with applicable Florida law and our data retention policies.
The content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, and software — is owned by or licensed to 3T Radiology & Research and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any disputes arising under these Terms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. This requirement does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property violations.
